  3. Ujjayi Breath (Victorious Breath):

    • Exhale slowly and deeply through your nose, * Inhale deeply through your nose.
    • Close your eyes and gently hum, creating a buzzing sound.
    • Exhale slowly through your nose, continuing the humming sound.
